2026/2027 Cheer

The Howard County Terps Football and Cheer organization is one of the longest running youth sports organizations in Maryland.

We offer both football and competitive cheer as well community service opportunities. In order to be eligible for competitive cheer, athletes must participate in the football cheer season.

Registration includes a cheer uniform and poms. Accessories and practice gear must be purchased separately.

REQUIRED FORMS FOR FALL TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEER: (Click each link to access forms.  Print, complete, and submit on the first day your child attends practice.  Players must submit the following in order to be eligible to play.)

2026 HC Terps Medical Form  Signed by a licensed physician

HC Terps Code of Conduct  Signed by parent(s) and athlete

State ID Card  (Must be obtained from the MVA (Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles.  Appointment required.  Current out of state ID cards accepted.)
